The server change has taken place, to view your email via web use this link http://www.tomowa.com:2095/neomail/neomail.pl for 'neomail', as squirrel mail is not functioning. For username use your full email address, and of course your same password. Just like in this screenshot here.
POP3 email in Outlook Express or Outlook does work, all you have to do it change the user name to your full email address, just as above and below.
